This build is tankier than it seems. If you look at devotions, Chance to dodge projectiles, tons of hp and its regen, highdefensive ability and a little bit movement speed…From the skills, lots of stun and knockback is coming too…
For damage, OA and crit damage devotions, it has reckless tempest, chariot ,hawk,owl,panther. So now i can focus damage on my items.
What do you think? I am sure it will survive ultimate and i am not sure the damage will be enough or not… The reason why i didn’t get Spear of the heavens is, it requires 7 chaos which needs 3 finished chaos related constellations(Chaos bonuses are weak compared to other ones…) and it gives bonus to damage to aether. It also makes me lose chariot and reckless tempest or either one from combination Tree of life, reckless tempest and chariot…
I can’t get healing rain, reckless tempest,chariot and rhowan’s crown at the same time. Impossible to get all.
Reckless Tempest: %90 light damage(+30 chance for more also) , %100 dot+ oa + ms +its spell
Rhowan’s Crown: %70 light damage %60 dot + its spell
So i have chosen reckless. Rhowan’s Crown debuff of elemental resist will not stack with wind devil so it makes it less appealing guess.
For widow i am thinking what to replace, because owl enables reckless and chariot.
Wind devil lasts 1 second and is almost useless, Ele storm wins clearly. I’m currently playing this build with self-found far from BiS gear and wrecking ultimate http://grimcalc.com/build/HSfikXW
Wind devil debuff lasts as long as the devil is attacking that pack, plus a second. As long as you use pet attack to keep it where you want it it’s far from useless.
This! Not enough people know you can control player scaled summons like devils and blade spirits. Having crown devo an devils too serves very little purpose
