Would be nice and very practical create icons for the buildings. Like a cow for the Barn or coins for the market. You look to the buildings icons and don’t know which one you are looking for because they are quite similar.

Welcome to the forum. 
The F2 key will display building names, but it’s disabled ingame atm because there are some problems with it.
