Really? I thought it was one of the strongest single target shotgun skills rather than aoe. Currently it’s biggest issue is that it has absolutely no sustain. Compare that to phantasmal blades which tears everything a new one and has stupid amounts of sustain through both skill and devotions, at this point even AAR has better sustain than a stunjack ele/purifier/sorc
Shaman Totem was nerfed cause “Oh, my Warded don’t even die, sou oupie oupie” , SJ lost %WD, Demo took a hit on BWC %dmg and DA reduction and Blast shield, cause “CDR sorcerers are sou oupie oupie” etc.

Those Nerf to demolitionist might be justified in the past when the game only provide challenges through main campaign and rogue dungeon.
But now where the challenge has been step up in the form of crucible, it might be worth to revisit it again and makes demolitionist not as painful to play as now.

Meanwhile they buffed fire strike lololol, my Sorceress is covered in dust for almost over a year, boring mage with average dmg output:rolleyes:.
It was nerfed when crucible come out

Have someone managed to kill Mogdrogen with casters?
Try out my sorceress build then, it’s no longer average, and can do 7:30-8 minutes 150-170 runs consistently with 3 blessings/1 banner (Mercy’s record run was around 7:10). And it’s not boring at all.
Both lee’s and x1x1x1x2’s sorc are 3x run certified, be warned though, their main sustain is health pots and they are intense high focus high adrenaline builds
Definitely not a Malakor’s Tactician or PRM Mage Hunter snooze fest where you never feel in danger, lol.
Downside is you feel left mentally drained after a few run though :eek:
Dunno, for me it’s just like playing a game of dota but instead of flaming your teammates your shouting at your screen flaming Crate for not making Sorc as strong as binder.
I actually love my sorc right now. Consistent 7:15-8 minute runs and a lot of fun to play. Yeah, Agrivix Binders are in another league altogether, but since I have a sorc and not binder I am only expecting buffs in further patches whereas every binder pilot expects his favourite oupie char get nerfed every patch.
Should be rather easy to facetank provided you overcap your lightning res by atleast +80%.

Agrivix set is next in line for sure
Crate did buff agrivix binder. 7.0 buffed CT aether damage and when we weren’t too happy with that they reversed the buff but they buffed the fire damage instead which turns out to be basically the same for agrivix cause they can convert around 96% fire to aether. Devastation nerf didn’t matter cause it’s still jist as effective on aoe and on single target you don’t really need all of them to hit. Mirror/MoT nerfs didn’t matter cause Agrivix don’t need no chaining. Hell i go 1pt mirror on mine.
