What is best(or fastest) way to reach level 100?

Exp potions ? exp pot + crucible?

Exp pots + hot-swap Lokarr set on quest completion, also skip some locations that aren’t good for exp.

I would also add +7% exp from the medal you can get in the beginning. Small bonus, but it helps.

After the tenth time doing so, I highly recommend alcohol.

I’m not going to lie - it gets mad tedious after the first five toons or so.

I wish we could get a way to Throne of Baal up toons to at least level fifty, after the first two or three.

If you are leveling your toon right, you don’t need to hot switch to Lokkar set, in fact, switching to it just to complete sets is going to be annoying and tedious. Always wear Lokkar set, I did 3 toons in full Lokkar set till level 94, one ranged and two melee ones.

My advice: equip lokkar set in Crucible, go to main campaign, do first quest with the shrine, go back to Crucible, grind 1-10 4 or 5 times (to get 4 or 5 devotion points), all while using exp potion from Malmouth. Go back to Campaign on Veteran and destroy everything with ease. Don’t forget using exp. potions and doing relevant bounties that are on your way. Try maxing out walking speed early. Be sure to follow the most efficient leveling guide. Do 5 acts in Veteran, 4 acts in Elite. Always check factions for relevant gear/augments upgrades. Should be pretty easy.

EDIT: oh, don’t forget to use all factions warrants and all available infamy warrants too, getting infamy early means getting more hero spawns > faster exp > faster factions rep. Don’t worry about meeting nemeses early, if you do 5 acts on Veteran and only 4 acts on Elite, by the time you get to meet most dangerous nemeses (ones from Ashes of Malmouth) you are going to be level 94 in Ultimate in full gear.

If you have two PC’s, you can:

  1. Set steam to offline and launch GD
  2. On one PC host a LAN crucible game on gladiator with ur strongest toon
  3. On the other PC join the game with lv1 guy, equip the lokarr set.
  4. Run 150-170, or 100-150
  5. Profit. Lv 50 in about 1-2 hours and you can keep going.
  • You don’t need two GD accounts for this, make sure steam is offline.
  • XP pots are a waste as the lv 1 guy will die on almost every wave; if you have more iron than you know what to do with, pop a potion before reseting the crucible to double the massive completion bonus.
  • You will also be getting a lot of lv50/58 legendaries, so keep the ones that will ‘fit’ your build to face roll trough elite/ultimate.

Hope this helps

Well you can kinda do that in campaign in 2hrs with exp potion and the right skills used:D

You can, but you’ll be getting lv50/58 legendaries that will make leveling even faster  Also, not sure if this works with cloud enabled.

download a blank lvl 100 char from " share your file thread " somewhere here in forums. Download GD stash. Open char file with it and rename accordingly . Done.

I’ve never leveled in crucible as it seemed just too boring, I’d only do that in MP, that I get. But by the time I finish elite I almost always get a bag and 1/2 of legendaries.

Also whomever does speed leveling also has items to tweak with. No guarantee that whatever drops fits your char:)

Aren’t the potion and Lokarr bonuses only applying to the exp granted by killing monsters?

I find that doing one run of Bastion of Chaos with the Exp potion gives you easily 6-7 levels - even in Veteran or Elite at lower levels. That’s how I usually farm the higher levels.

BOC runs are king in ultimate(or in genereal) yes. But until you get there the bonus also applies to quests

I never checked the actual amount of exp the quests were giving.

I typically run with a pot on at all times so it never really mattered I suppose, but I am surprised - especially as the stat tootip in the stat window states experience gained while killing monsters - or something alike.

Good to know.

It IS boring.

…I do tend to go for the first 5-10 devotion points in there, at the beginning, though.

That way I can max devotions by the end of Elite, with minimal effort - even skipping the annoying ones.

5 is by far the most time efficient route, 'doe.

Especially considering the expansion ones exist now.

And I STILL think we ought to have some sort of optional farm for an item to start us out at Elite, with 20~30 Dev Points.

Make it craft-able - like, we need a random drop per each Nemesis , even.

Just as long as the option is there.
