What is the weird no-icon dot you get in SoT?

I’m thinking life leech dot? Don’t have much resist there. But it’s weird all the others are over cap and this is an insanely tough warden 19k hp, 30% phys resist 4K armor 2700 DA.

I think it comes from the skeleton knights whatever it is, kill everything and still trying to bleed out… ? There’s no debug icon so idk what the attack is
