What is the template/design of the skill that Aetherial Wisps use to ‘tether’ themselves to each other, and how do they specifically target only like-species?
I’ve seen this used oh-so rarely, and in searching through the Wisps’ skilltree I can’t readily determine what the heck this is.
Further, does this skill actually do anything besides look cool?
Thanks for any insight you may have for it. Really want to make use of it on the player-side of things.
It’s a controller effect, not a skill. Not sure it actually does anything at all.
I thought that it was a prereq for them releasing their AOE aether projectile bursts.
Because when they are not tethered they only melee attack.
on the back end side of things, I have no idea though 
Don’t they do that attack where they fire aether projectiles on all directions when they are tethered? I only recall them doing that attack in this situation.
Or maybe i’m mixing that up with that Aether Wisp hero that does that attack.
