so wile going north to the altar of rattosh,i found this ruined bridge,any1 know if this was a thing?random scenery?SECRET FUTURE EXPANSION?!!! 
or maybe it was just left in there to be an open posibilty to add side zones and ended up not being used in favor of others?i know many games do this,they leave in stuff to potentialy do things later
