Where is the Barrowholm Bounty Table?

I’ve just about finished all the side quests on normal for factions, but I can’t find the Barrowholm Bounty Table at all. The faction vendor is there, but no table.

I’m about halfway to honored with Barrowholm atm.

First u need to align with barrowholm, then you need respected reputation with it and the bounty table is just a little to the right of miss Wealay vendor, near the stairs.

It’s also marked on the map, a blue circle
