I removed retal warlord from my list as that doesn’t seem like a build to me. If it’s a RATA build, then it uses normal skills to level. If it’s really a pure retaliation build, then it can’t attack ranged enemies.
@Gnomish_Inquisition My criteria for “bad to level” are basically builds that make you want to respec to a leveling build. Or use components instead of your skills.
Pets Defiler should be easy to level due to skeletons. Ranged Defiler is hard because you can’t get damage and aoe before like level 15.
