and why? I sadly don’t have much time to go over them. I’ll be making a Conjurer again since I can finally play GD again soon after months of no pc. Getting a new pc.

But it seems worse than the Max Overcap Raven build posted a few days ago boasting the ability to clear 170 Glad.
Possible to get a link to that build?
My man
Who needs friends when there’s birds
Your second build is definitely better though. Getting base levels in your pets is super important because it gives crit damage now, and your first build has lots of low-level pets that will just die right away to most AoE
So you’re the one who created that build. I like it but I would like to play a pure pet build. Would you mind helping me? I really want a pure pet build that doesn’t rely on the amulet slot. I really want to use the yeti on heart of the mountain. It’s by far my favorite pet and I wish I found one when I played this game months ago.
My dream build is the best possible Conjurer build that uses 2x Briarthorns and Heart of the mountain. If I wanted these would the lightning Conjurer be the way to go? I didn’t plan to follow the skill setup of those 2 builds I posted they aren’t mine. I only planned to follow the items and devotions. If you get some free time would you please help me?
I really liked how that Lightning Conjurer used elemental storm, eldritch fire and hand of ultos. If I had to keep 2 I would choose to keep elemental storm and ultos. I just like the tornado and chain lightnings a lot.
I’ve been out of the loop of what’s the best Conjurer build but I like heart of the mountain too much to pass it up.
Edit: The build doesn’t have to be able to complete 170 I just want to be able to do all the main game content. Swapping items for Ravager and Mogdrogen is fine.
The first build is the AKDONG Conjurer that killed Lokarr in about 20 seconds or so - those pets may be weak to AoE, but the sheer DPS of the build helps to mitigate that to a degree.
I’ve attempted Salazar’s Blade + Primal Spirit builds in the past - without Inspiration or huge Energy regen, that second build is going to run out of energy super quickly, and Hungering Void’s health drain is going to lead to a lot of running around waiting for Health + Energy to restore.
I’ll buck the consensus - the first build will definitely help you better than the second one, especially as it gives you the Yeti you wanted. I’m certain someone will create a more optimized version of Lightning pets (a true pet build, not Snazzblaster’s hybrid) that can take on 170 just as well as the hybrid. Even this setup will take on the main game content just fine (as evidenced by the 20s Lokarr vid I mentioned above).
EDIT: I found some videos with both builds in it - Lightning pets is capable of clearing Gladiator 170 with not too many issues, and second build has a video of beating Ravager in 4-5 minutes. Both builds are very strong and can easily take out the content you seek, though the second build was definitely an Energy Pot drinker like I thought it would. Really, at this point it’s personal preference, both builds are very good and you’ll beat whatever you want easily.
If you don’t care much for crucible and if you really want the yeti, then it seems the first build you listed is the better choice. Not much in the campaign is capable of killing your pets twice in a row, so the low pet HP shouldn’t be much of an issue. If you want 2 briarthorns and yeti, there’s not too much flexibility since that ties up 5 equipment slots.
If you didn’t plan to follow the skill build exactly then you could probably afford to level up the Briarthorn a bit more and skip some points in Conjure Primal Spirit.
How would you go about improving the gear and devotions of his lightning conjurer? Akdongs build. You’re very informed on what’s good and what isn’t. You have a ton of experience in pet builds and theorycrafting. I guess I don’t NEED double Briarthorns if you wanted to change that, but the yeti is a different story.
Wouldn’t mind sneakyparrot trying to make that build better either. Just have to keep the yeti.
Conjurer is so 2016 bro! :p:p:p:p:p
And conjurer build is pretty much fully developed, it’s really straightforward, not interested in stuffs without a challenge.
It reeks of decay BTW. :undecided::undecided::undecided::eek::eek:
You’re saying a pure pet conjurer doesn’t really get better than akdongs build linked in my first post? The lightning pets with double brairthorn yeti and procs like elemental storm howl of mogdrogen and ultos? You think Conjurer is the easy no challenge pet build right now?
I saw your post for ritualist. I wouldn’t be apposed to trying it either. You get access to both shaman and necromancer pets but lose raven and hellhound. I haven’t looked to much into it but no skeletons on your build? It confused me and I was lost watching the MQ video since I didn’t play Necromancer too much.
If you had to rank builds how would you rank: Lightning Conjurer (the pure pet one not the newer recent hybrid) Witching Hour Cabalist, Your new ritualist. For story content/nemesis/celestials
Enough of nonsense!
Mortal kids,
just marvel at the feat of you uncle parrot!:p:p:p:rolleyes::rolleyes:
I edited my post with some questions.
Noob friendly & easy to pilot— conjurer:p:p:p:p:p
Hardest to pilot—old%new ritualist, the old one is a lot harder… Both finished glad 170 without buff or banner.
Best burst—new ritualist if you play the cards right. Cabalist is there not far behind .
Tankiest build—pet apostate.
And where does Conjurers damage fall in with the latest patch?
Quality of life improvement. :p:p:p
I meant with the 1.0.6.0 patch buffing primal bond and conjure primal spirit. Wasn’t those a big buff? No one can make that build better while keeping yet ? FeelsBadMan
Yes, you can! Considering the fact that you only play pet builds ——-oh you only play conjurer——the renaissance of conjurer is in you hand kidda.:D:p;)
I don’t only play conjurer I lost my saves and want to remake it then when I’m fully geared I’ll go to cabalist
