A question mainly directed to BM playes who rely on ADcTH.
Which bosses/mobs in ultimate are completely immune to Life Steal (500% resist)?
As far as I know, ADCTH isn’t life leech and you can always count on it. Just don’t get burst down too fast.
Disable(stun, freeze, entrap, petrify) is the real counterpart of ADCTH.
There’re some auras like cronley’s protection aura that absorb most your dmg(but I’m not sure if it affect ADCTH)
Anyway feels free to use ADCTH
I am almost 100% sure that ADctH is resisted by Life Leech resistance and this is the reason why you can’t use it effectively against some bosses. I just need a know which exactly so i can plan my character accordingly.
I’ve spellbreaker who counting on ADCTH as well and never have problems in it. (I’ve about 11% ADCTH from 2 lifegiver signet)
It may because i’m focusing on Shadow strike and Oleron’s Might burst down so I gain health from it quickly. Sometimes I felt my health gain is reduced or lower than expect, but it still not affect much for me. I’m so sure that I didn’t face creature who has completely resistance to life leech yet.
Other than ADCTH I suggest to have some behemoth, turtle, or chariot to back up some health too.

Wait, all resist reduction no longer affects life leech resistance?
Never did. It was a display bug that was fixed in 1.0.0.6. Life leech resistance is only reduced by -n% life leech resistance.
I’d say at least the Sentinel has pretty high life leech resist. Went in with my BM and got rekt since I was leeching like 0 hp, and wasnt for lack of dmg 
Noob question, but does ADCtH’s effectiveness depends on life leech resistance as well. Or does life leech resistance only deal with the seemingly non-existant damage type called “Life-Leech”
Lifeleech resistance affects Life-Leech and ADCtH.
