Why daggers don't have %conversion?

It would give a way for casters to also use skills with flat physical damage.

Actually it exist on green dagger affixes:

About legendary item, there is Venomlash with a physical conversion.

Also daggers usually has a base damage different from physical. So, you don’t need to convert. If you want a specific type of damage, you have to find a dagger with that base damage.

Generally skills with physical damage have high wpn damage scaling anyway. Cadence, blade arc, fire strike for example.

Going a bit off-topic here, but since we’re talking about daggers…

Am I the only one that would love to see Physical Damage daggers, with a higher implicit Armor Piercing % than swords?

Also, it would be awesome if we had guns witg flat elemental damage as well…

Derma slicer have the same base APS than a dagger, only downside is that it dont allow to use oklaine. :x
