Eisprinzessin was given that title long ago on the old forum because he gathered much of the information on the game together for easy access. Similar to this

If you see other titles besides these and Praetorians then they’re leftovers from the old forum which had a ranking system depending on number of posts.

About forum ranks

The post counts go something like this: 1 - initiate 25 - acolyte 50 - speaker 100 - supporter 200 - counsel 400 - advocate 600 - campaigner 800 - emissary 1000 - herald 1500 - champion 2500 - lord advocate 5000 - Apostle 7500 - Ascendant (Added in 2018 when someone unintentionally hit those numbers) Might be some more than that but don’t really know. There is also the Praetorian title which represents playtesters.

However, when Crate moved the forum platform they did away with that.

New Forum Feedback

The ranks are a legacy from the old forum. By default, they do not exist. We would have to add new badges and triggers for earning them, which requires exposing the SQL. So unless we change something down the line, they will likely remain a legacy from the olden times, special titles you can no longer acquire!

Praetorians are in a special user group, so that even new members get that title. (Edit: I just realized that the group has not been extended since the forum migration, but I think it still works.) Mine is custom.

I heard something from the underground world of GD; the only way to get a custom title; you need to post something that Z ‘‘like’’ consciously or accidently and take immediate screenshot of it before Z realizes his mistake and reset the whole forum timeline. Then you can get any title you want to that keeps you silent

I love how I was bitching about a post count of 800 in this thread, yet I still managed to hit Ascendant.

Got my answer to why forum rankings aren’t possible anymore. I still vouch for giving Snazz his “Minister of Asses” title though

Boo Hoo Hoo! I was on the old forum but never got a title, or if I did I don’t remember. That was a long time ago, I was an old donor. Care less. Never posted a build as was too busy trying different characters. Did a ton of postings. Lots of graphics have been added since then. Still would like to be able to see characters change looks. Not even sure what nick I had back then.
