There are still several items in the game that will give you the ability to dual wield ranged weapons iirc. But yes, Inquisitor is the default dual wield mastery for ranged weapons now. It’s only available if you have the Ashes of Malmouth expansion though. Nightblade is the default dual wield melee weapons mastery.
