Why is bug reporting and 0.9 ideas locked?

Because v0.9.0 is now fully released so any bug reports and feedback go into the regular channels.

When the next patch is ready for playtesting then Zantai will open up that part of the forum again.

We who entered the code to get access to 0.9 earlier, should we do anything (remove the code)?

Not really. You can either stay on the playtest version of the game or switch to non-playtest. You can always go back to the playtest version when the next patch comes out for testing.
