So far, the life of every villager in the game has almost no intersection. They are like puppets controlled by players, always obeying orders. In real life, the residents in the house are all the same family. The game just randomly assigned four strangers.
The whole town is a family!
I would like to see some kind of relationship between npcs, it does after all mention ‘family’ in the happiness needs tab, which leaves us having to work out the familial connections between the four random strangers living (very cheek-by-jowl btw) in each hut. Don’t stifle our imaginations, but please give us something to work with. NB I completely understand the pressures developers are under not to upset or offend a single one of the 7 billion of us, which is why we end up sending 50 year old women out to break stones during a blizzard while a 20 year old man is picking herbs right next to her, it must be hard…
In fact, the game should assign different jobs according to age or gender. For example, men are better at hunting and felling trees, and their work efficiency is higher. On the other hand, women are good at collecting and making clothes, which will improve material output or work efficiency.
Hush! You know that goes against the narrative we are bombarded with by main stream meadia and hollywood. You just can’t have that in games/movies any more.
