Will PRM work?

Hey, have some questions about PRM arcanist. Its been for too damn long, i never saw at list 1 arcanist with PRM, everybody either DW sorc or Lightning Druid.
Today i want to ask few things.
Will this work?
http://grimcalc.com/build/WS3vPQ
If yes, can you help me with devotions on this?
Also one more thing, i got Panettis Replicating Wand and a few Invokers parts.
If i get full Invokers, this would work, yeah? Or PRM build is bad in Ultimate?
Thx for attention.

Check out this build http://www.grimdawn.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34478

It should help you more than I can

Thx mate, but i dont want really to go full face. Im ok with kiting.
I asking about is there any ways to use that way of PRM until you get full set at least?

My first character, and what I consider my main is a Warlock. She is heavily based on PRM with only Curse of Frailty/Vulnerability, and Blood of Dreeg being used in the Occultist tree. I am working my way through Ultimate right now, and it is fun as hell. I do have to kite, but I need more resists and health, which is something I am trying to work in without losing too much damage.

One Devotion you really want to use is Rhowan’s Crown to get Elemental Storm. The slow debuff from CoF helps to keep the monsters in the damage area of Elemental Storm along with liberal use of Olexra’s Flash Freeze. I am still working on Devotions myself trying to get the best mix of defense and offense, but its mostly defense at this point.

Some people may look at my skill distribution and say I am wrong, but since I am not heavily invested in the Occultist tree, getting a bigger area of effect with Olexra’s is nice, shorter cooldown on Mirror of Ereoctes, and I have even pumped up CoF since every point increases the AoE, the slow, and the duration. Yes, I know it really doesnt help much on star monsters, mini bosses, and bosses, but it does help me to kite the regular monsters.

I will make a Grim Calc of how I am setup and link it. I dont have near an end game set up as far as gear goes. I am using 2 pieces of the Invokers set and thats really aboutt it as far as Legendary items go. My luck with getting Manticore Eyes to make Iskandra’s Balance relic is really bad. They just will not drop for me.

I meant to add that Devastation is definitely used as often as possible!

Yes, PRM works extremely well. Just focus on the Aether damage, because it’s much easier to debuff resistances (Widow constellation, Warpfire sword, Eternal haunt ring and Necrosis relic all stack).

Also, “I have no problem with kiting” is not a good attitude to have, because if you try to use the build for farming in ultimate, you will get frustrated really quickly if you have to spend 25 min running around BoC. Tank up!

I’m running a PRM battlemage and works just fine, I’m aether based with some fire for my devestatin, only issue i have is some aetherials with very high aether resistance, but overall I’m pretty tanky for most things… Single target like bosses can take longer time but I find that I make it up in the nice aoe dmg for the rest of the enemies. I just reached 85 and halfway through act 3 on ultimate before I had to go on holiday. And with no legendary items and im killing most really fast and can facetank most heroes and bosses, some I need to kite but mostly they drop before i get to the point where kiting is necessary to survive. Will post some om my build and such after holiday and have done a few adjustments to devotions.
But PRM build is fully functional for ultimate, and SoT and BoC.
