I am just lv44 don’t know will this work for later in the game?
My Aetherial ray is my main attack skill, for now, it is really powerful against anything, instant kill any hero monster and easily kill any Boss
can I use Aetherial ray for my main skill forever?

No. AAR is regarded as one of the worst damaging skills in the game. You can stick to it if you like it (and many people do) but it’s always gonna be inferior (by always I mean until FG). Usually binders take Devastation and something. I recommend Calidor Tempest but Bone Harvest is maybe the most powerful option.
I’d hazard a guess that AAR will continue to be inferior to clairvo binder even come FG
Well if AAR is fixed it might become the new clairvoyant binder.
What I think might happen is that there’s gonna be a new set (Albrecht’s Something) which dramatically boosts AAR but only as full set and which takes helmet, offhand and other slots that usually boost devastation and cdr.

I use AAR to kill the final BOSS SOOOOO EASYYYYY last night when I am at lv50, i don’t think it’s bad at all 
You’ll soon run into energy and sustain problems as well as insufficient damage. The problem with AAR is that it has no %weapon damage stat so energy and life leech don’t work and all flat dmg bonuses go to waste (18% from the conduit isn’t enough)
There’s no such thing as best skill or best even class (well… if you forget about inquisitor and RoH for a while… :D). Arcanist’s and especially Spellbinder’s skills are designed to work (extremely) well in synergy with one another. Sadly, AAR isn’t a part of any such synergy.
