Well, here we are. I took an old character and respecced her, following the specs of a few other WBs on here, but not exactly like any of them.
I like Forcewave. I’m a big fan of the DoT mechanic in this game, especially when it comes to Crit DoT. So, I’m going for IT/Phys damage. I’m almost through Veteran.
Just tell me if I’m kicking myself in the nuts here…
I probably screwed up the devotion route. I like Bull’s Rush, and ya’ll don’t. Ya’ll like Assassin’s mark, and I’m not a huge fan, especially for this build.
Assassin’s mark is huge as far as damage goes for physical builds… At the stage your character is currently, it might not seems overly strong. BUT later (once it get leveled up some) it will be a huge multiplier for your damage. I like bull rush too, but Fiend - flame torrent ends up being more dps even if its not physical. But if you are going higher into primordial /order it is a nice place to pick up a decent proc and some points.
You can get away without RR in veteran and even elite but you will need assassin’s mark for ultimate, other than that I don’t see why not, Octavius set was made for this sort of thing.
I’d say I’m heading in that general vicinity, but hoping I can pop in Vire somewhere. I probably have to get rid of Turtle, and of course farm the Octavius set
I take it that transmuted BA is necessary for another IT source? I was going to focus on some skills for DA shred instead. It’s a juggling act, of course.
The transmuter multiplies the total damage of it by 2.75 so transmuted Blade Arc has insanely good DoT potential.
Transmuted DEE and Callidor’s Tempest have a similar/same modifier. If you compare both of these and Blade Arc to other mastery DoT skills, you’ll see that they are amongst the strongest,
I need to figure out some different input devices, for real. Turns out my ulnar nerve inflamation/irritation is especially bothered by my tendency to put skills on the middle mouse button. I’m thinking maybe a touchpad for my right hand and a ten-key for my left? Macroing things together would probably also help.
