to make it easier, skills from left to right:
- sigil of consumption
- obsidian tremor
- curse of frailty
- doombolt
- field command
- possession
- solael’s witchfire
I have a build that uses this item but doesn’t use the same class combinations, on the picture Soldier/Occultist. What my build is: Occultist/arcanist

The obsidian juggernaut is a craftable weapon or i must farm it in some run boss?
Not craftable, so either wait a few years until it drops or try Etram Fald (or trade with some other player).
