crate/grim dawn doesn’t exactly have the copyright to the 1600s puritan hat van helsing witch (hunter) 'n demon look

The Witchfire looks like it could be a good game at the release.
For the patch 1.0, that might release this year, they wanna add a Full Story + other stuff

In witchfire the red isn’t a grim blood sunrise/sunset?, but an actual demon (inc Blizz diablo lawsuit? 
), the zombies also don’t look like anything in GD, again more old styled almost conquistadore’ish with a mix of scarecrow(DC lawsuit i guess).
Atleast personally i feel like the only overlap/shared element really is the van helsing/Puritan hat i always forget the name of,
but i could see how red background + distinguishable hat could remind one of the iconic GD Occultist screen, (even if i wouldn’t go as far as “inspired by”).
kinda a “universal” style theme i guess, - we need more bowler hat main chars
