WoP cannot proc Assassins Mark.
Why?
It can proc every single other -%RR devotion, but not Assassins Mark.
WoP can’t proc any on crit devotions. Probably because it’s the same template as CoF. Would be lovely if it changed, though. Would do good for the inquisitor auramancer archetype.
Ah, on-Crit.
I see no sense in there though. Its definetely not to avoid it being too strong. Assassins Mark is the only -%RR-devotion that does no damage at all.
