Do villagers do extra preaching in their spare time?
Send them into the raiders!
I’m on Pacifist so don’t have any! 
I’ve noticed workers go off to do that too, must be from the last patch before release where they got villagers to start doing random stuff instead of working.
Hopefully we get a gallows, so we can hang anyone not working most of the time:P
