Is there a way to get a picture of the entire Cairn map without riftgates and shrines?

If you have the Grim Dawn Loyalist edition, or buy/upgrade to it you get the:
High resolution digital game map suitable for use as a wallpaper or to print out for your wall.
Or if you have backed Grim Dawn during the Kickstarter to a certain pledge, than you can download it thought the Humblestore.

I have the Loyalist DLC that came out a few days ago on Steam but it doesn’t include any of the digital stuff outside of the in-game items.
Too bad.
