WPS when using a CD nuke as LMB attack

Hi there,

Hopefully a simple question, but one I’ve searched for and can’t find an answer/example for.

You can bind some skills to your LMB main attack button other than default attack replacers - Blade Arc, for example, that can be transmuted to have a cooldown.

My question is - if you use, for example, Blade Arc with a 5 second cooldown as your LMB attack - can WPS skills proc off the default attacks that happen while the main skill is on cooldown?
