Wtf....?

Can someone please explain to me how this item has an extra line on one of them.? When I saw this I started checking other pieces of gear that I have multiples of… The outcome was the same… Some of the items had an extra line and it was either Health Regen % or a very low amount of Offensive Ability(+4). Also, the item with the extra roll, required about 1-2 more Spirit/Physique/Cunning. I noticed this happening with not only Ring/Amulets, but Belts/Weapons as well.

Was one of them crafted or gained through the Tyrant’s Hold smith? I believe smith’s have bonuses that can get added on.

Some items can be crafted to receive a crafting bonus.

It’s the crafting bonus from Etram Fald.

The attribute requirement of accessories (incl. belts) can vary slightly depending on their stats. GD inherited this from TQ. I am not aware that this applies to weapons, too. Do you have a sample?

The blacksmith in Tyrant’s hold can craft every legendary in exchange for 8 rare (purple) materials, (brains/hearts/bloods depending on the kind of item you craft). The bonuses he can give are to OA, DE (4 --> 12) and, as is this case, to Health regen.

Yes. Here is one example. I have a few more, but they give Health Regen %. I also have another Crimson Spike that gives Defensive Ability instead of the Offensive Ability line.

Both weapons require 375 Cunning. :confused:

The ring on the left was crafted through Etram Fald, which gave it an extra 11% health regen bonus on craft.

Same deal with the Crimson Spike sword, although you got an OA bonus this time.

I don’t craft yet , don’t have a lot of recipes .

But I have the same on some multiple legendaries I have , it always seems to be a little OA .

Did you trade items with others ? It is either that or you crafted, there is no third option…

No I don’t trade , never have , don’t have a single mod , play only self found , not been on for a couple of days but will search my chars for the items , but 100% there are differences with some legendaries , because I was going through my same drops to keep the better ones on the chars I play and there was at least 2 that had 1 extra mod and it was oa iirc .

I did dismantle some I had 3 of , fingers crossed it wass not those .

Okay , quick look , soulbearer , one has +7 oa the other does not , do not have a recipe if there is even one .

Spark of Ultos , 3 have dropped , only one has 10% health regeneration , same , no recipe .

3 x Belgothian sigil rings , all dropped , one has +4 oa I have no recipe , again I really don’t know what recipes are in the game and if that can drop as one , I have never traded or even been in a multiplayer game , like I said , I play self found .

2 x dawnbreaker amulets , one has +8 oa .

2 x invokers burning hand , one has +5 da .

2 x Deathbound amethyst , one has +10 oa .

I’ll stop there , only looked at my 1 handers and jewellery and 100% non crafted non traded .

They are not obtained from a specific recipe. Etram Fald in Tyrant’s Hold has the ability to craft random legendary items, which is how you obtain those extra mods. If you do not remember doing this then I fear you may be suffering from amnesia.

Yup Amnesia lol , it was the word “crafting” that absolutely threw me , because I haven’t crafted anything , the Etram thing I never thought of as crafting , oops .

Still getting to grips with the game , plus I blame old age :stuck_out_tongue:
