if for example the inqusitor sub path “allagasts arcane net” converts lightning to aether dmg,does this count only for the “storm box” skill,or for all used lightning dmg ( combined with a shaman etc) ?
same goes for all other classes with a similar option

Any flat source of cold dmg will be converted from all gear, skills, devos
pretty sure OP is referring to the transmuter skill of stormbox that converts storm box lightning damage to aether damage.
don’t think it has any effect on other skills since it is a transmuter that is directly tied to that ability

i think “Allagast” is one of those flavor names that are used in both skill and item names. similar to Markovian (both the name of a set and a soldier skill), Belgothian (Set, Relic, Skill) or Amarasta (Skills, several items, i think also a random affix)
Yeah but Allagast only comes up in the lvl 94 set bearing this name.
Strom box flavor name is “Elgoloth”. That is why I was confused. And what arcane net? 
I think the skill was translated differently if the OP is using some community Translated version of GD?

that’s strange. not in front of gaming machine right now, but the grim tools planner should use default english texts regardless of local game file translations.
there’s storm box of elgoloth as the base skill, lightning tether as the modifer and “Allagast’s Arcane Net” as the name of the transmuter skill that branches off from the base storm box skill.
so i guess it’s comparable to “callidor” (various items & skill "callidor’s tempest) and “agrivix” (different set and name of the transmuter skill of CT)
