anyway ,still more damage than CT i guess but it will never happen, teleporting all over the place ll the time:D Unlike Blitz you are invulnerable while in SS mode. On;y targeted skeletal monsters traps can stop you

As for bosses if you want to kill the boss then you have to focus on the boss and that should definitely put a dent in the “nigh-invulnerability”
Act Bosses like Zaria, Ekket’Zul and Lucius, Nemesis bosses, End game bosses like Lokarr, Shar’Zul and Alkamos
Also another idea would be to put it on a damage type that cannot be used by the infamous Arcanist class
Pierce, Physical seem like safe enough damage types tbh

Ground targeted movement a.k.a Teleportation will never be added to the game as it allows you to access areas that should be beyond your reach under normal circumstances
For example you could go over the Aetherial barrier before even killing Krieg (but murdered shortly after :))
I know what you want, for the same reasons i used Alkamos ss, SS and chaos strike while leveling to feel cool zipping around. but whatever values you put for the transmuter, even -100% total damage or smth it would still be borken
Hmm, I guess it’s because I give little importance to crowds that I can’t see why this would be the case as in boss fights it kinda evens out imo. I guess this means that even a new SS type skill w/o any CD would be broken judging by comments from you and anarchist
So how about Zero CD blitz?
On a side note, by 2h SS I am reminded that Nightshade’s reach needs fixing. Currently the transmuter is shitter than the one found on a 1h Rift dagger. So basically DW Acid SS>>Nightshade which should be looked into
Also tried some DEE+ Ravenous earth or NDJE+RE combos wit relevant gear and it’s not that strong. Nothing(acid-poison wise) can beat WH 2x rr skills and 100% converted second rite
-75% of 330% weapon damage on 2 weapons, even with -13% crit, is not going to make it go from super powerful to a nuisance. It would still be the most powerful single target near default attack. Especially with the invulnerability nature of it. Remember those 0 CDR SS builds in the past? They sacrificed tons of damage to do it, and it was still considered way over powered.
It had the highest cleartimes by a margin of orders-of-magnitude quicker.
Take from that what you will.
0CD SS is broken not just because of exceptionally high damage. It instantly trivializes any distance in the game and becomes the de-facto farming method just by virtue of raw movement capability.
I only recall Steelflame’s CDR SS Breaker. According to the guide, with perfect gear it could get Shadow Strike down to a cooldown of 0.4s.
However, one of the updates afterwards changed Nidalla’s Justifiable Ends from a % reduction to Shadow Strike’s cooldown to a flat reduction which effectively broke the build (according to the creator).
I think it should be reduced in damage and made dual wield if anything. Soldier and shaman already have 2h only transmuters. There should be a dual wield version too. Nightblade is build around dual wield after all.
