The Kurn script is hard to decipher... but it seems like this monolith tells the story of a mighty hero named Bal-Eigan and his trials and tribulations as a young child in a village in the valley.
Examine the script more closely.
Upon further examination, the script seems to indicate that Bal-Eigan, called Sorkar while still in his infancy, defeats three giant rats, a swarm of hypporavens and married two maidens after becoming the hero of his village.
Light the brazier.
