So I’m 16 hours into the game. Raiders attacked as usual, but something changed after this attack.
My T3 houses (Big houses), suddenly requires a T4 city center. Of course, I don’t have it yet, so they get abandoned.
As you can see in this picture, it clearly says T4 for a T3 house.

These are upgrade requirements to reach tier 4.
The abandonment happened because desirability fell too much.
