I think this is a new feature or bug. I don’t mind if that’s been changed but it does need to be reflected in the Buildings menu for the market - it’s not showing a monthly expense like it does for, say, the rat catcher.
It should not be an expense.
Not sure what’s going on.
-4 is likely a charge by nightsoil collector
