[0.7.5b] Births and deaths going crazy!

So um yeah… Keep in mind I closed a bunch of those notices so the number of births and deaths from old age are actually much much higher. There is a birth happening almost every second and a death about every 3 or 4 seconds.

So a little update, this continued until I hit my population cap and then it stops the births until a death happens and then instantly replaces them with a new birth. The deaths slowed down a bit but are still happening rapidly (like every 10-15 seconds after cap)

Update 2: It tried to autosave and it still gave me the failed to save message that has been reported by others

If you did not save over this save during v0.7.5, does the issue persist if you load it in v0.7.5b?

After the cataclysm that was the vanishing of all the world’s stone, it was foretold to be the end of days. With large numbers of the elderly suddenly passing into the afterlife and the wildlife rampaging through the communities, chaos ensued. The villagers fearing that their advancements had angered the spirits immediately sought to release all cows from their upgraded barns, and then took to the streets for a grand orgy to celebrate their imminent demise. However, as was true of most prophecies, the end did not come and so many unplanned for babies were the result. Sadly for Erik the Guard, and his coin purse, sixteen children will not be so cheap to take care of.

… Unfortunately, I had saved over it during 0.7.5 so yes it persisted during 5b. However I am pleased to report that as of 5c, everything has returned to normal. Well, except the stone. That is gone for good, but wolf dens are back to what they were and no more population spikes are present.
