This occurs randomly, when I click on building to check what it is.
This once a while, the tool-tip mouse over window/box for the building does not close/disappear. It just sticks there. Only way I can remove it is, press “B” , mouse over a building, then press “Esc”. It seems to close after that.
This is just a minor bug
