I think he s hurt. and like in real life’ he needs a doctor/medicine.
Agree, but would someone walking on his feet looking for medicine instead of floating on the roads as a downed person

Yeah this same happened to me, seemed to be fine after he went to healer and started working again, but red health bar remained on top of him.
