Not sure what you mean. Can you elaborate on the repro?
So if you have one gaurd in a tower and you want to add a second guard, but have another tower with no guards, the second guard will fill the first spot in the empty tower (and all other empty towers) before filling the second spot in the tower where you want the second guard.
Like in non raid years I empty my towers, but would sometimes like to have two guards where there are preditors. I can’t thiugh because if I try to add a second it will fill the first spot in an empty tower before it fills the second spot in the tower.
(It does the same thing for barracks as well. It fills them evenly and won’t let you add to just one. So I couldn’t have 4 in one tower and 8 in another.)
