[0.9.0] Heavy tools : Storage limit reached with lots of storage

In my game, I see ‘storage limit reached’ on heavy tools in the resource overview, as well as in the heavy tools production menu. I have zero of them, I have lots of storage available, and I haven’t set any limits on storage that I’m aware of.

this has persisted over many play sessions/restarts of the game.

Check your storage buildings (storehouses) and make sure heavy tools are not unchecked in all of them.

It was checked. I unchecked it and then checked it again, and now it’s cleared.
