0.9.2c - Abandoned buildings lose correct 3D model on save reload

Tier 2 abandoned shelters revert to the normal active Tier 2 model on reload, while retaining abandoned status.

Otherwise, the buildings function as expected and correctly revert to active when desirability improves.
