When loading my save my fishermen will offload their previous fishing task, and upon arriving at their new fishing location they get stuck with the “Looking for Shore” bug. They can sit like this indefinitely, and the best fix I have found is to manually command each fisherman to move. After they run down the “Waiting for Command” timer they go back to their regularly scheduled fishing.
I did go ahead and verify my game files prior to sending this in (no change in bug after doing so), though I have not tried a full reinstall yet.
