Hello! Long time no post!
I had written this whole thing but on a whim tried disabling Classic Targeting and that appears to have been the cause of most/all of the issue.
V1.3.0.3 (x64)
Back in the game again with Fangs of Asterkarn (and having a blast). Decided to try out a Veilwalker No CD Bone Harvest build. I used Bone Harvest for the first 28 levels on this character and Bone Harvest never did not go off as expected. After equipping 2 Bonescythes, I am encountering an issue where sometimes Bone Harvest will not cast. I can hold the mouse button down (it’s my RMB and I’m playing Keyboard movement, but I did try switching back to mouse movement and that did not help) but my character does not cast, sometimes for a brief period of time, and sometimes for multiple seconds.
Behavior noticed:
Sometimes, but rarely, my first bone harvest will not go off when attempting to start attacking after moving. I would say this happens less than 5% of the time.
More often, after casting one or two Bone Harvests, my character will stop casting. Sometimes it’s for .1 second (noticeable cast speed decrease but not jarring, this still seems to occur from time to time even with Classic Targeting off) and then I can resume without ceasing holding RMB, sometimes they will not resume until I let go of RMB and re-press it, with seemingly no rhyme or reason on why.
- I currently have 100% cast speed.
- I am not using a transformation.
- I am not experiencing any CC.
- I am not out of energy.
- I am playing with Classic Casting off. I tried enabling it and if anything, it seemed to make it worse, though that may have just been a coincidence.
- Exiting to main menu and restarting did not help.
- Restarting the game did not help.
Not sure what additional information I can provide. My testing on the dummies in Devil’s Crossing proved less fruitful for reproducing (though not impossible) it than just running around and playing. I attached a zip file of my character if that is helpful.
