[1.0.0.4] Cadence Witchblade - 100% unkillable, 100% faceroll build

Your health is kind of low for this build. Around 14k-15k health would be more ideal for this build.

Handguards of Justice gives extra health, OA and attack speed. Colossal Grasp is not really worth it.

Golemborn Greaves give health, more armor, physical resist and +2 Menhrir’s Bulwark. You want to max out Menhrir Bulwark for the flat physical damage, flat hp regen, damage absorption and health reduction resist.

That’s actually a pretty awesome axe. I’d say keep it.

Your axe is really good, nice find. Since it reduces targets dmg already you can switch to a haunted steel. The extra life steal would make you more tanky.

I would also switch out the gloves for collosal grasp if you can get enough OA from other areas, you don’t really need the hp since you can reach 14k without justice handguards anyway. Collosal grasp can give around 100 DA. Your DA is too low and you will get crit a lot. I like mine at least 2200 -2300 so I can’t get crit. Using them gloves I still have around 2600 OA and can reach 2500 DA on my witchblade. I’m unkillable against anything unless it one shots like zantarin. My build does less dps than jajaja’s but more survivability, I like to play safe as possible and them gloves really help

The 5 piece bonus is very important it makes you tankier since your blood of dreeg, dryads blessing and ovetguard ect will all have lower cooldowns and you can spam them more often.

Use black star of deceit though since it reduces enemies resistances even more, gives extra lifesteal and gives very high chaos and vit res. Meaning you can focus more on other res from components and augments.

I think that Chauses of Barbaros arent good (only 3% phys res, 100 OA and 50% damage for full slot?). I believe, a well-rolled double-rare will be better.
Also, I’d swapped 2-nd Ring of Black Matriarch for a well-rolled Cronley Signet. I already got a nice one - with Aether resist and extra AS (total 15% attack speed from ring).

Can you link the Cronley signet?

That feel when a class you really like is suddenly OP and trending, but you’re fed up with it already during it’s “meh” days

Here is the screenshot of it:

Sorry, probably should’ve resized it.

Can any of you tell me which weapon would be better because I am unsure. I feel like they are a toss up but I could be wrong.

You can find a better weapon, than any of those 2. First is a VERY common MI (2 magic affixes), second is a weapon that converts your precious physical damage into useless vitality.

Watch for Tyrant’s, of Abyss, or Plaguebearer’s rare (better - bonescythe) with good 2-nd property.

Omg great one !!! You have It from the vendor ?

Yep. Didn’t take as long as I expected luckily, lol.

Just wondering if I am still advised to level with arc till 85?
I just finished normal at lvl 37, but I’m finding myself slightly squishy, and not finding any good 2h weapons. So with reducing damage and squishy im finding myself dying a bit more then i’d like.

At lvl37 I have arc, laceration, and Oleron’s maxed, 1 in blitz, and a couple in CoF. I have 15 points pending as im unsure weather to max CoF, or maybe put some points into something like Military conditioning. Or just scrap it and start into a cadence build. Dont really want to swap if its going to be even worse then I am now.

Cheers

excuz sir
it is better to eq one of ring is Lifegiver Signet
and eq Badge of Mastery??

If you dont find them, buy them from secret vendor. Just needs a few rerolls to get “of alacrity” at least.

jajaja dunno if you still check these, but is that picture on your first post out dated? I’m having trouble hitting those resist values with the items/devotion spec you have.

Thanks I did get a small upgrade from this.

looks like a nice build to spend some time on and change things up

I’m not sure about the best final attribute setup.
My initial idea was 64/18/8 to be able to equip everything without relying on devotions but then I thought maybe it’s better to just go full phys?
Thoughts?

I have fiddled around with the GDStash editor to try to see what is optimal for me on this. I built it 50/30/10 originally. What it comes down to is a trade-off between OA and DA. I ended up needed 9 spirit to equip my jewelry. For the main game I prefer 30/51/9 to get more OA. For the Crucible it seems better to go 71/0/9 for more DA. (Mutators lowering DA is painful.)

I don’t think it matters very much.

Indeed, it matters quite little.
My main goal is to be able to wear all gear i need, without bonuses from gear itself, most devotions, and useless passives like Veterancy (reduces requirements). After that, you may just put your stats into physique, or cunning. I’d chose physique, but again, even if you choose conning, it will be barely noticeable.

So for a new player I’m level 50 and put most of my points into phys with cunning now and then. Should I save at least 10 for spirit and some extra for cunning for endgame?
