Very interested in trying a concept like this, but was wondering if the Time Dilution rework has totally destroyed the end game potential. Is it even worth looking at this setup anymore?

This 1.0.0.4. Time Dilation doom-shotgun build is not possible anymore and for good reasons: TD was one of the greatest mistakes the devs ever made. For reference, you could kill Ultimate Fabius in 5-6 seconds with it even with +0% damage to humans. The same goes for the Mad Queen (look at the videos I made with optimal gear, for example).
I am glad Crate decided to rework both TD and Falcon Swoop because both of these devotions were massively abusable. Anyway, a Harbinger set chaos/physical/vitality build is still possible as a Witchblade…just replace Aeon’s Hourglass with Revenant, Falcon Swoop with Eye of the Guardian and take the Black Star as your medal. In 1.0.0.5. the Harbinger set is exceptional for a Witchblade due to how cadence works now.
