Btw, this build is highly-recommend for who loves the devastation skill,
and something like that.
and who can feel the beat from dropping ambers while casting devastation.

Pros : Amazing Effects, Amazing AoE, and can high dmg deal with 3x Bombardment + AAR (Meteor Shower from Devotion, Devastation, mini Devastation from Head Item)
Does not need any Green items(:)) so you dont have to pray for getting specific pre/suffixes, yeah!
Has two of the best CC skills (OFF, FF)
and… HC viable. (play with caution, you are hardly to face death… good cc skills, blast shield, 3sec invincible time from mirror, and tonic of mending
but, this build has kinda low DA (1700-1800) so you have to be aware of critical blows could make suddenly-death of your char)
Madqueen cooking is not hard… tonight, our main-dish is the madqueen steak! (I really like mirror and nullification)
Cons : could bombard your GPU and CPU too (many projectiles almost always dropping from sky)
could induce lags…(but it’s really good for dealing with trash mobs, cleaning trash mobs really fast would make your gpu and cpu feel better)
there’s few items which is kinda hard to get : BoM with +5 to AAR(you can use AAR/Maiven’s +2/+3 or +3/+2)
and Outcast’s Secret <- there’s no alternatives.
you can use iskandra’s hood just for temporary until get the Outcast’s Secret hood.
