I don’t really have a lot of experience with bleeding builds, but looking into this thread I wonder how a warder would perform. Something along the lines of this: https://www.grimtools.com/calc/RZRGKvPN
How crucial is having Nightblade?

I would go with something like this…quite unsure with Soldier skills but you should have Blade Arc.

Perhaps somebody might be interested…
Did some testing (Campaign only) with these results:
Edit:
If I would play Crucible, I might use this Setup to test: https://www.grimtools.com/calc/nZonjDQV
Perhaps somebody wants to try it.
@Rhylthar: I’ve been actually looking for a bleed build that isn’t Conjurer based, since I already have a pet conjurer (I hate dupe professions), so I started dabbling with Trickster.
Your guide gave me a solid start I ccan build toward rather than blindly experience my own paper pen theorycrafting first hand.
Is this capable of completing a clean hardcore run (campaign only) without the Nemesis and the 4 Super Bosses (Lokkar, Clone, Ravager & Moggy)?
I am currently on my smartphone but I will have a look later.
I never played Hardcore but if, I would change a few things to make it more secure.
Okay, for Hardcore I would try it with something like this: https://www.grimtools.com/calc/bVAOrdQN
Security over Damage, so I made a few changes:
1 Point left in skills, free to choose. Perhaps even to Grasping Vines for more Crowd Control. Boots I choose these but there are a few possibilities.
Edit:
1 Devotion Point free. Choose as you like.
You can always look up Mad Lee´s Bleeding Trickster with 2 Swords, different approach.
@Rhylthar:
Thanks for feed, this is actually very close to my pen and paper theorycraft, except for devotions, i chose to forgo building Fox & and Mogdrogen, in favor of Giant, Sailor and Berserker and only a partially completed Huntress to get access to Rend proc. Otherwise my Gear options was an experimental choice between a 4 piece Bloodrager or a Korba set.
Glad to know that it can workout and pull through in Ultimate.
Okay, but won´t you loose a lot of Damage without Mogdrogen and Fox?
Behemoth is nice but do you really need this much Healing?
Possibly,i have not played and compared both variations after all, but i am quite used to playing underpowered (terms of dmg) variations of existing builds, i play characters thematically even if that means sacrificing some optimization.
RE: regen & heals, idk, its really out of habbit especially for HC runs, stacking regen is really handy when you overstep or make a ballsy play you know you shoulodnt be doing.
First thoughts on Forgotten Gods:
Well, I will be honest…after reading changes and looking at GrimTools, I was a little bit disappointed. Nothing to change…no new weapons, rings, gloves or devotions.
After a while (playing with GrimTools) I made the decision to change the build with those things that are there and see if it will be fun. First decision: Replace my beloved Mythical Gorefeast….you´ll ever have a place in my stash, dear axe!
So, now it´s Double Mythical Bloodsong and there are 2 decisions to make:
Question 1 first. With new augments (and existing components) plus a few skillpoints I could get as high as about 2300 Armor (100 % AA). But I don´t know if this is really useful or if 2000 Armor is enough with more DA, Damage, etc. Do these 300 Armor have a significant impact or not?

4 Devotion points are variable. I put them in Viper for OA, but 4 nodes of Spider or Vulture a possible, too.
Tweaks are always possible, I´m hoping for a few opinions if and what to change.
