If I would take 1 Glyph ring off (https://www.grimtools.com/calc/a2EOkevZ) and replace it with Myth Eternal Band and put Hexxer’s/Essence of Ch’thon Aug with Mark of Dreeg Compo on weapon ? Would they all work together ?
Or Mark of Dreeg wont cause of Elemental Storm ?
And is it possible to check the database and find all items that give -%RR ? Like Combustion Band/etc…
It is applied like all other effects. When you hit the mob, it is applied. When you hit the mob again, it is applied. If you hit it yet again, it is applied. If you hit him from the side, it is applied.

mad_lee is an active member who has extensively tested his druid and knows about Primal Strike and Savagery version of Druid.

heh I actually saw that, but figured it is misleading, since (a) it appears to me as if OP’s native language is definately not English, no matter how Scottish the dialect may be, and (b) location might not necessarily be a sign of language proficiency, that is, he (or his parents, I am guessing OP is very young) might be immigrants. My location is Germany btw but German is not my native language ;).
