Intro
She is descendant of Nidalla and Dreeg… possibly… or not? I dunno. I cannot think a catchy title for this post.
Originally, I planned to lv up my Dreeg wannabe long ago, with 1.0.5.0 update, I decided to lv up my witch hunter quickly with some help (mostly gear wise). I used to lv up borrowing some aspect from Dreeg’s Champion by TomoDaK (http://www.grimdawn.com/forums/showthread.php?t=49047&highlight=dreeg). When I reach lv 75, I wanted to give a shot to Seal of Shadow. Its skill was fun to use. Throwing a poison boomerang. It is a pretty solid skill than I thought. I thought that’s how Nidalla would fight by throwing some poison knives to crowded enemies.
FYI, please do not mention about Crucible and Hardcore. it is for mostly casual gameplay style. If you really want to try Crucible, I recommend Drizzto’s old witchblade (http://www.grimdawn.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52149). If I have spare Myth. Dreeg set, I might give a shot to Witchblade though. I will try Mad Queen and Lokarr soon as this char.

Myth. Plaguebearer of Dreeg vs Myth. Wretched Tome of Nar’Adin
I didn’t think a lot when I follow Dreeg’s Champion build, but I should mention it. Both are craftable, it means you may want additional Armor from Angrim the blacksmith (this build need some survivability, I managed to get it with 4th time thx to Korean dude named Fimble Winter). I personally vote Myth. Plaguebearer a lot.
-it is Mace, it only requires some Physiques.
-it comes with poison resist reduction (25%) skills.
-You may need Breath of Begothian to equip it. but that skill reduces the cooldown of Pneumatic Burst, which is sweet as well.
Myth. Wretched Tome
-it needs serious 712 Spirit to equip.
-it converts Bloody Pox as poison, which is nice. I am fan of Bloody Pox
-it adds more poison damage to Dreeg’s Evil Eye (for short DEE).
I focus a lot on Physiques, and Breath of Begothian, thus I prefer Myth. Plaguebearer more.
Why Seal of Blades instead of Vitriolic Gallstone?
It may sound weird. yet if you use Biting Blades, while other skills are in cool down, you will realize it has 70% Weapon Damage. It means it can benefit from Life Steal too! I tested it with Restless Remain when I was lv 75 and it still works with some Health is being healed. It also has a buff which increases pesky pierce resistance with some Armor rating. Yet If you only want to focus on poison damage, go for Vitriolic Gallstone.
Dark One’s Grasp vs Myth. Viperfang Glove
Both are good in my opinion, however, if you want to go offensive, choose Viperfang, if you want to go defensive with a perk of Bloody Pox, choose Dark One’s Grasp. I personally prefer Dark One’s Grasp because of Elemental resist with Bloody Pox’s reduced damage (even though it is 2 sec, but it is a lot still).
Why do we need greens?
If you look at my old non green version, it barely covers most resist to 70… which could be some troublesome. However with some help (Korean dude named Consarada), I got Stonehide Stoneplate boots to cover some resist. One of rings I used is Impenetrable prefix Viloth Ring. Actually, an Impenetrable prefix is too good to pass in this build, because of low pierce in this build. I tried Incorrutible prefix as well, but Impenerable is much better in my expierence. Yet if you feel annoyed to get that ring, Choose Deathguard Sigil instead.
What is wrong with augments? Nature’s Harvest and Basilisk’s Bite?
I could be wrong. I discarded Akron’s Scorpion (no lower DA for enemies). that’s why I picked Nature Harvest this time. I will explain further in Devotion section. About Basilisk’s Bite, stun resist is terrible in this witchhunter, thus I put those and it also vitality damage for Bloody Pox too (I really hate stun!).
I wanna only throw DEE like a machine gun.
You can if you want (no point in Transmuter skill called Focused Gaze). You may need Cairn’s hope or worse, Ectoplasm to cover your energy usage. You also need only Vitriolic Gallstone (goodbye Seal of Shadow).
No Lethal Attack?
I love Lethal Attack, yet there are few reasons I discarded.
1.It gets too personal (too close cuz of current weapons), thus I nearly get killed several times.
2.Excuse, but too many skills to use myself.
3.Not enough Skill points.
Bloody Pox
It spreads between enemies. Its damage is not that great, but Wasting and Black Death need to be checked. Wasting reduces Enemies’ OA, it means less attack to you! This build could use lesser Enemies’ OA seriously. Black Death adds poison damage with increased duration. If you use Dark One’s Grasp, it also reduces enemies’ damage as well, which is much better.
Solael’s Witchfire with Second Rite?
You can discard them, but I only gave 1 point to each one because of Bloody Pox and vitality resistance.
Devotion
Frankly, I am terrible with Devotion. I originally was thinking as copying RanyRany’s Devotion, but I tried some modification. Therefore I chose Raven, Spider instead of Akron’s Scorpions and other green devotions. Spider and Raven increase your Cunning and spirit alongside with some merits too. they are not bad. I could be wrong though. thus you are welcome to give me some feedback.
thx for reading. I will upload other videos too. I want to thank some Koreans (Fimble Winter, Nero, Consarada and RanyRany) and Korean GD Community in Naver.
-killing that Octopus
-Picking a fight with Sylvarria.
putting more points into Shadow Dance instead of Black Death, finally putting 1 point into Blade Barrier.
