Iskandra’s Balance relic indeed very nice for Cold or Fire Caster.
I need Eternity for it’s CDR.
CDR is one of Defensive Aspect in these Builds.
If my skills has a lot of weapon damage, I can put ADctH to them and increasing damage with Iskandra’s Balance
Unfortunately Iskandra’s Balance has long Cool Down (25s)
yeah, sure, maybe for burst dmg on bosses^^ but you are right.

change augment on pants to aether/pierce and use scaled hide component for more armor absorb

i like the rings and it works, but I like too see that with cataclysm set
Maybe those dual starfire rings make me hard for capping resistances.
Band of the Eternal Haunt is nice for Cold version of this build, since it gives Cold RR and nice Resistances
Yeah nice build, and nice green ring too.
Of Fallen Skies very suitable for Trozan Builds.

I think the Cataclysm of the Spellbreaker version is Awesome!
With Spellbreaker you have free Shadow Strike Blink skills, plus extra Blade Barrier for emergency
Not to mention Spellbreaker has passive Cold RR and Cold Damage Support

My green shoes are similar, but without stun res. and I play with iskandras relic in the moment. I need more time to create Eternity relic^^

Its stronger than my old build ty! But he died with a oneshot skill in beast dungeon by Poison Boss

Eternity gives CDR, perhaps you need to equip it for better performance
