No Arcane Bomb,no Hand of Ultos,This is an attempt。

IMO, Arcane bomb is a must. It’s too good a proc to give up.

EDIT: Also, why not arcanoweave belt? Not trying to be a dick, just curious. :slight_smile:

I think he’s attempting to challenge himself with a RR starved build based on his reply. Meaning this can still be a lot powerful if done seriously.
