Pros:

  • high dodge chance (40%-70%)
  • very high deflect chance (86-116%)
  • fumble attacks
  • good physical resist (37%+)
  • inquisitor seal
  • good -rr ( -155% cold resist + viper)

Cons:

  • low heath (10k)
  • too many buttons

It’s a solid build, but it has been done. Even the dodge/deflect part was done but on a spellbreaker, not sure, you might want to check compendium.

I would also recommend using Spellbreaker belt, it’s a huge dps piece for a build like this.
