I’ve found another pants (in another character’s inventory) which also allowed me to change my medal.

Mad Queen is now Ez facetank. Was Doable before but now it’s ezpz 
Still got nice overall overcapped resistances! 
Because of the Thunderstruck prefixe I also got more Stun resist which is a nice addition !

This build remains super effective without changes.

Very nice build Veretragna, I really enjoy the play style
I use a slightly different version, with some room for improvement I’m sure but it melts almost everything in campaign.

I do not have exactly this one but mine is totally viable. Sure the Maelstrom nerf was harsh but it is still a bonkers build
