Yeah, I remember you posted that in my thread, good job posting a dedicated link to it, build deserves attention. Although a weird combination of Cold + Aether damage and build has just a slither of aether but you chose to support it with Arcane Mines nevertheless. Wouldn’t the sword of winter king be better with its Casting Speed and pure cold weapon damage?

Maybe he wants to make use of the CDR on it or something? Since he’s running devastation too rather than just pure winter king’s might spam
